Holly Harrison is a mixed-media artist living in Concord, MA.
In her collages, she uses such diverse materials as her own photography, paper ephemera, fiberglass screen, her daughter's drawings and handwriting samples, and pieces of her husband's discarded paintings. She often juxtaposes photographic content with hand-drawn images and collage elements, blurring the lines between reality captured by technology and personal perception.
Her artwork has appeared in galleries and museums throughout New England and New York and in numerous books and publications. It is held in private collections locally and across the country. She has recently curated Bird: metaphor + muse and Inhabiting Words at the Concord Center for the Visual Arts. She is represented by Abigail Ogilvy Gallery in Boston.
